THE SCHOOL NEVER SLEEPS

15.07.2019

sleepover of class 7b

On 11th July, we, the class 7b, did a sleepover at our school. The teachers Miss Wink, Miss Scherer, Miss Brenneisen and Mr Helmut took care of us. During the school year, we collected stars and earned the sleepover.

Everyone arrived between 5 and 6 pm. We had to set up our sleeping area in the different classrooms. Of course the boys and girls had separate rooms ;). After that we met in our classroom and talked about the coming events. The home economic students were responsible for dinner. They prepared pizza rolls and other yummy things like, spinach rolls, vegetables, brownies, little waffle cakes and muffins. It was very delicious. Meanwhile the remaining students planned the games for the evening. At 7:30 pm we had dinner together in the kitchen. After the kitchen-cleaning-session it was time for the funny part of the evening. It was great. We were allowed to play hide and seek on the whole school campus. We also made pictures with Miss Scherer and Miss Wink. Therefore we got little cameras because we were not allowed to use our mobile phones. After the game we had free time. In this time some girls put make up on a few boys and also did some special hairstyle – they looked gorgeous ;). Some others made a farewell poster for Miss Scherer because she has to leave the school which is very sad. At 11 pm we got ready for bed. But we still talked for a very long time. At around 1 in the morning everyone had fallen asleep (comment by Miss Wink).
In the morning we had to stand up at 7 o´clock – way too early. Before breakfast we tidied our rooms. As we were ready with cleaning and eating, Miss Scherer played “Black Stories” with us and she also presented her traditional “Tagesschau”. At 9:30 am we were even more tired but luckily allowed to go home.

This school sleep over was very nice and we all want to do it again because we had a lot of fun!
